My earliest memories are of working out with my father, a fitness pioneer, and how he greatly influenced my thoughts and shaped the person that I am today.

My greatest joy is sharing my passion, as I learned it from my father, with people from all walks of life ~ to learn to live a healthier, happier, and fuller life.
